Pick of the Week:

John's Pick:

What a nice surprise this issue was. Forty eight pages worth of action, intrigue and humor. This is a collection of three short stories and one prose tale, all starring Shang-Chi. The stories differ greatly in tone and are equally enjoyable. The motorcycle race with Deadpool in The Annual Race to Benefit Various and Sundry Evil Organizations and also the Homeless, written by Jonathon Hickman was a real highlight. Recommended for anyone who enjoys some good Kung Fu action and the comedy of the merc with a mouth!

Ken's Pick:

I missed out on the Clone Saga.  I wasn't reading comics at the time, and I never went back to read those stories since I've been back into the hobbie.  I can't speak to how or even if this first issue is following the orignal version, but I can say it was a welcome change.  Almost two years after One More Day, it's refreshing to read about a married Peter Parker and what appears to be a pregnant Mary Jane Parker.  I know a lot of people want to see Ben Reily back in the main Marvel Universe, perhaps this miniseries will be his gateway back in.

Russ' Pick:

We've finally reached the end of the latest arc. An important figure from Cade's past is beginning to play a bigger part in this book. Legacy is just a good solid read month in and month out. The collaboration of Ostrander and Duursema is what really makes this book shine. They've been able to tie Star Wars distant past and recent past into this book. The nods to the past are subtle and don't take you out of the current story. This is a must read for any Star Wars fan.
